Event Packages

Our special occasion packages have been created to fit any medium-large size gatherings which can include weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and much more.

They allow a mixture of any table and bench/lounge inclusive of stools and coffee tables, of your choice, up to the amount of seating allocated for each package listed below. Each package also includes either of the followings:

  • Backdrop
  • Love letters
  • 3.6m/1.8m/2.5m Bar
  • Festoon Lighting
  • Lawn Games

These packages include delivery/setup/pack-up for your event in areas up to 50km from the Wanneroo area. For further distances, extra costs will apply.

Available Packages

The following packages are calculated to allow for 75% of guests having a seat, we don’t recommend reducing your seating to be any lower than 50-55% (unless you have other form of seating).

When deciding how much furniture will suit a specific package, simply add up the amount of seats each item allows for (square tables = 4 seats, bench seats with back rests = 3 seats etc). The total seats must fit into the seat allocation for the package that best suits your needs.

Styling is available (items available for styling is found under the ‘accessory’ page), please refer to each package for the additional costs.

Each package includes your choose of the following:

– 3.6m Bar or;

– Backdrop (excludes styling)

two of the following items of your choice:

– LOVE Letters

– Festoon Lighitng

– 1.8m or 2.5m Bar

– Lawn Games
